In Techno Storm Edu Initiative (TSEI), always we feel that while we keep working on to increase value to our customers and partners, we are also committed towards social responsibilities we all have as an individual and as a Institution starting from delivering eco friendly environment till reaching out to economically under privileged people. As we are working on training in technical skilled program, we felt that it is available only to the top premium institutes or only to the elite segment. When the so called middle class or somewhat affordable students are not having access to these highly skilled courses, then think about the status of the economically under privileged who is totally left in limbo.
Our CSR activities are governed by the below principles:
- Govern self with ethics, transparency and responsibility.
- Providing services at are safe and that contributes to sustainability throughout their life cycle.
- Respect the interests of, and be responsive towards all stakeholders, especially those who are disadvantaged, vulnerable and marginalized
- Protect and make efforts to restore the environment.
- Support inclusive growth and equitable development
Execution
- The prospective and aided colleges are selected.
- First proposal been sent to the management and consent taken to run seminar, to explain the students about the coaching, its benefits and more particularly student interest.
- Then the applications are collected from the list of interested student.The courses are run on the mutually fixed date, and feedbacks collected
- We collect the feedbacks and performance certificate from the management.
- The copies of the photos, feedbacks/performance certificate been sent to the companies which are sponsoring the program.
Career guidance (Includes soft skill training, higher education in foreign Universities), Internships and placements:
During our course of interaction with the student communities, we found that most of the student lack information at the critical stage of their career, and we start giving guidance to their career to make them achieve their goals.
Also we give soft skill training which are very practical in shaping up the students to achieve faster results. We take current changing trends in the industry; their expectations etc and we make them prepare for the real time expectations.
We are also in touch with leading corporate to get internship and value adds placement recruitments for the best colleges and skilful resource.
